This Sunday is the second Sunday of Advent, which we will celebrate with Scripture, prayer, communion and song. In the United Methodist Church, we light the Candle of Love on the second Sunday, symbolizing God’s love for us, while other churches choose Joy or Peace. No matter what order in which we light the candles, we wish you all four blessings this holy season and hope to see you Sunday at 10 a.m.!
